Résumé

This article, which exclusively deals with developments of jurisprudence in Germany, supplements Part I on legislative developments published in the previous year. It follows up on the news from Germany, which covered developments from mid-2005 until the end of 2010. It thus covers a quite long period in which again jurisprudence was abundant. Therefore, this contribution will not only focus on case law of the Federal Supreme Court (BGH) and the Federal Constitutional Court (BVerfG), but will also have to make a selection of the most important cases.
